This website is partially compliant with the appendix to the Digital Accessibility Act of April 4, 2019, due to the non-compliances and exclusions listed below.
Non-Accessible Content
Non-Compliance with the Act
Lack of accessibility statement: The website does not include a section or document containing the required accessibility statement.
Insufficient text contrast: Some text elements on the website may have low contrast against the background, making it difficult for visually impaired users to read.
Missing alternative text for images: Images on the website lack alternative descriptions, preventing screen reader users from receiving information about their content.
Keyboard navigation issues: Not all interactive elements on the website are accessible via keyboard, which may create difficulties for users with mobility impairments.
Lack of skip navigation mechanisms: The website does not offer a way to skip repetitive content blocks, such as navigation menus, making it harder to reach the main content quickly.
Incomplete support for assistive technologies: The website’s structure may not be fully compatible with screen readers and other assistive technologies, affecting accessibility.
Content Not Covered by Regulations
Archived materials: The website may contain documents published before September 23, 2018, which are not used for current tasks. According to Article 3 of the Digital Accessibility Act, such materials are exempt from accessibility requirements.
Third-party content: The website may include materials provided by external entities, whose accessibility is beyond the Institute’s control, such as academic publications or external reports.
