The President of the Republic of Poland awarded Dr. Polyxeni Adam-Veleni with the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland for her outstanding services in the development of Polish-Greek cooperation, including the establishment of the Polish Archaeological Institute at Athens.
