On May 3-12, 2023, the Polish Archaeological Institute at Athens had the pleasure of hosting participants of the second Summer School of the University of Wrocław in Greece. This time the organizers of the school were Dr. Dominika Grzesik, Prof. Krzysztof Nawotka and Dr. Piotr Głogowski and it was attended by 22 students mainly from the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Wrocław. PAIA co-organized the project and made its guest rooms available to lecturers. Its headquarters was also a meeting place for summer school participants. This year’s summer school program was exceptionally rich and included bus trips outside Attica: to Delphi, with the famous sanctuary of Apollo, to the Peloponnese with an obligatory stop at the Corinth Canal, which everyone admired, and then to two great sites of the Late Bronze Age, Mycenae and Tiryns, and to Epidavor with the famous theatre, stadium and the cult district of Asclepius.
