The third and final season of the Thelpousa Agora Project in Arcadia, Peloponnese, has begun. This year’s work is planned as a study season at the Ephorate of Antiquities of Arcadia in Tripoli. Its aim is to prepare the material collected during the previous seasons for publication.
The first members of the research team taking part in this stage of the project are Dr Giorgos Doulfis, Dr Małgorzata Kajzer, and a new project participant, Smaragda-Maria Pateli.
The project is carried out with the permission of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture under the auspices of the Polish Archaeological Institute at Athens as PAIA Project No. 5. The research is funded by the Gerda Henkel Stiftung.
